These Terms & Conditions govern your use of train.jackbarryperformance.com and the coaching services provided by Jack Barry Performance LLC ("Jack Barry Performance," "we," "us"). By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Jack Barry Performance provides online and 1:1 athletic performance coaching, including movement/mechanics analysis, training programs, and related content. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Consult a physician before starting any training program; you participate at your own risk.
Coaching memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If an athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and consent to participation on the athlete's behalf.
Program: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Jack Barry Performance about your inquiry, appointment reminders, coaching updates, and occasional offers.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
