  • Intake and coaching information: training goals, athletic and training history, age, height, body weight, injury history, health conditions, parent/guardian contact details, and other details you choose to share so we can coach you safely.

  • Communications: messages, emails, texts, and call notes between you and us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies collected automatically when you use our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls.
  • To deliver, schedule, and personalize your coaching.

Our services are intended for athletes, adult clients, and the parents or guardians of minor athletes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete our forms and agree to our terms.
